OK, everywhere we went in Europe...everywhere...wild poppies were in bloom at the side of the roads. And today was no exception. Kimberley wanted to get some pottery, so we drove to Bisbal, through some winding mountain roads.
We found an excellent pottery shop and picked out a few pieces to take back with us.
While I spent the afternoon reading in the sunshine by the pool, Kimberley went horseback riding.
As you can see, Kimberley thought it turned out to be a pretty good day.
I liked it too. Spain (or more properly, Catalonia) is really nice.
After dinner we took a walk and found the source of all the frogs we'd been hearing. They make such an odd racket here.
