On this morning, we went out to the Musee D'Orsay. Stood in line and eventually got in. Fortunately, we were standing with a nice Dutch couple. Talking with them made the time pass quickly (along with some delicious cafe creme).
The Musee D'Orsay was much nicer than the Louvre. Great venue, and an excellent selection of art. My favorites were the Renoirs.
Sure, the Van Gogh paintings were nice too.
Today...I conquered the French laundromat.
Later in the afternoon, we walked through the Luxembourg gardens on the way to...
...the Pantheon.
We also visited the Church of St. Etienne du Mort. Afterwards, we hit a nice little crepe restaurant. Yum.
We had dinner in the hotel room; cheese, bread and wine. We finished off the day watching Marie Antoinette on Kimberley's iPad.
