Today was a shopping day up in Avignon. As with most of the towns we've visited, there is an inner walled "old" city, and then the rest of the city which sprawls around the old town.
Shoe stores are better to visit than clothing stores...because there are more places to sit.
We went back to Saint Remy later in the day and walked to dinner. Really good salad and pizza.
This hotel was getting on our nerves, and we wanted to move on.
